Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving sales of our IT infrastructure products and digital transformation services to new and existing clients.
This role requires a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients through various lead generation activities (e.g., cold calling, networking, online research).
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our solutions.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales revenue.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Co-ordinate delivery of products to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical) to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Person Specification: Sales Specialist - IT Infrastructure &
Digital Transformation
Essential Criteria:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the IT or related industry, specifically selling Technical infrastructure products (e.g., servers, networking, storage, cloud solutions), digital transformation services (e.g., cloud migration, cybersecurity, data analytics).
Technical Knowledge: basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, cloud computing, and digital transformation technologies. Ability to articulate the technical benefits of our solutions to clients.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Results-Oriented: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets. Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed expectations.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Criteria:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT) preferred, but not essential with relevant experience.
Existing Network: Established network of contacts within the target market.
Experience with specific verticals: Experience selling to specific industry verticals (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing) would be advantageous.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage client interactions
